Executive Style Rentals was created to fill a need that companies and corporations that were acquiring bids to do jobs in Puerto Rico had. They needed clean, safe accommodations for their employees in the field to live in while working the jobs on the island. It all started with two vacation rentals units that the owners had purchased in Dorado Puerto Rico. These units were purchased for the following two reasons:

1. Location – situated across the street from the beach
2. Quality – new construction in a gated and secure location

We designed, decorated and furnished the units with executive clients in mind. We worked in a large Wall Street financial firm and understand the need for getting away and relaxing. We wanted to offer a fun and exiting place to come, play and get away from the daily pressures of the job to enjoy the daily pleasures of a tropical paradise.

Much to our surprise, our first three clients that called to reserve the units were small to medium companies that had won bids for jobs on the island.They were looking for corporate rentals Puerto Rico. We booked two of them as the third company did not get the job. We reviewed how they found us. We soon learned that the fact that we listed the rentals as executive style vacation rentals was driving these clients to us. We quickly analyzed the situation, made one unit a corporate rental, and kept the other unit as a vacation rental. As time went by we did another analysis and discovered that we were getting inquiries for three and four bedrooms which we did not have. A new strategy was put into action, to contact other owners in the area that had three and four bedroom accommodations with like amenities and who would provide the same level of service and accommodations that we offer and knew our clients require.

In an effort to keep our original rentals separate from the new rentals that we were including in our listings and providing to our new clients, Executive Style Rentals was born, offering corporate rentals in Puerto Rico.
